For more than 30 years, Young Jains of America (YJA) has created a space for Jain youth to learn about Jain values and practices and apply them in their daily lives.
We’re thankful that you are giving to YJA, as past donations have helped YJA grow to where it is today. Your donation will ensure that initiatives such as college chapters, online Pathshala classes, and local Sangh events can continue to unite and empower the next generation of Jains.
YJA, under the umbrella of JAINA, is an IRS-recognized 501(c)(3) charitable organization (EIN 54-1280028).
YJA is an entity of Federation of Jain Associations in North America (JAINA), which is exempt from federal income taxation under IRC 501(c)(3). Donations are tax-deductible as allowed by the law. After making a gift, you will be provided with an invoice. Please consult a tax advisor with any questions.
To learn more about our work in fostering a strong Jain youth community, please visit the Mission and Vision section of our website.
100% of your donation goes towards supporting our numerous initiatives and events to further Jain principles and values. Some of these include the Regional Retreats, YJA Pathshala, seva events, Young Minds publication, and lots more. Gifts made for our biennial Convention are used strictly for that purpose.
The preferred method of donation is credit card through our online portal, but we accept donations through check as well. Creating a recurring gift is one of the strongest ways to support YJA. Reach out to fundraising@yja.org with any questions!
Gifts of all shapes and sizes are welcome! To make an in-kind donation, please reach out to fundraising@yja.org to receive more information.
If you’d like to make a donation by check, please make the check payable to “Federation of Jain Associations in North America” and mail it to:
